Attorney Tonya Willis Pitts represents consumers and small businesses in the areas of civil litigation, bankruptcy, probate, and real estate. She is admitted to the practice of law in the State of Florida and the U.S. Middle District Court of Florida.
Mrs. Pitts received her undergraduate from Florida A& M University where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida A&M University. Mrs. Pitts earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law where she received the Book Award for outstanding advocacy of clients in juvenile law matters.
Mrs. Pitts established her law firm in 2018. She continues to provide litigation and consultation services in the areas of civil litigation, bankruptcy, real estate and wills, trusts and estates.
